Rider Concept Shop Opens In West Loop

Rider-Owners-Lauren McGrady and Tom Gavin Owner Lauren McGrady and partner Tom Gavin held a Grand Opening party on January 7th for their new coffee/retail concept store Rider located in the West Loop. Rider is a multi-brand retailer selling contemporary and time-honored brands of womenswear, menswear, furniture, jewelry, lingerie, apothecary and cosmetics with even more to come! Rider Grand Opening Jan 7 2016 At the grand opening, guests previewed limited edition jackets from Schott while sipping Fernet-Branca, Letherbee Gin, Old Style, City Winery offerings and Bow Truss Coffee, which is served at the Rider coffee bar, daily. Guests also enjoyed house-made organic cotton candy and other delectables. Rider-Lamp I found Rider to be beautifully curated with a combination of vintage and modern. I had trouble closing my eyes because I kept finding things to look at! It was a lot to take in. You can find wonderful and unique treasures such as stationery and cosmetics as well as artwork, fashion, housewares and furniture. What a fun place to hang out for coffee while concurrently getting some retail therapy if more than caffeine is needed.
