Was I excited to see this trend was back for a second season. Especially since I took a risk and bought a pair of Pour La Victoire over-the-knee boots at the end of last winter on sale to save for this year! Phew. Now personally I prefer over-the-knee boots with a low heel or a wedge since the "wow factor" is the part that goes over the knee. So why not be comfortable. I wear mine with skinny jeans and the other hot trend of the season…skinny cargos. I also wear mine with mini skirts and shorter dresses. Remember, you want there to be some leg showing. Don't let the top of your skirt/dress cover the boot. Also, to make your legs appear thinner, match your opaque tights to the color of the boot. Happy trails!
