Dubin-Wander had been president of Martin + Osa since April of 2007. With previous jobs at Victoria's Secret Catalogue and J. Crew, she had also been the president of Dana Buchman and Laundry by Shelli Segal.
Martin + Osa has failed to gain traction since it launched four years ago. Management has been recently rethinking its commitment to the brand and suffering from merchandising and marketing issues.
