Marcolin and Emilio Pucci Ink Eyewear Deal

Marcolin Group and Emilio Pucci signed a five year exclusive licensing agreement for the fashion house’s eyewear collections. Since 2007, Marchon had produced and distributed Pucci’s eyewear lines (they also license for Chloe, Micheal Kors, Nine West and Valentino), but Pucci has decided to go with another company. This is a huge coup for Marcolin. The new collaboration with the two companies will make its debut next year at the international eyewear trade show MIDO. The trade show will take place from Feb. 28 to March 2, where Marcolin and Emilio Pucci will reveal the new collection of 16 sunglasses and 16 optic frames. The license goes into effect January 2015 with the launch of the first sunglasses collection and will have the duration of five years with an option to renew. Marcolin also licenses glasses for Tom Ford, Balenciaga, Roberto Cavalli, Tod’s and Kenneth Cole.
