Pieces from Zac Posen's Go International collection for Target
Braved the crowds when Rodarte's line hit the shelves? Waited outside the night before Jean Paul Gaultier's collection dropped? Well, get those engines running because the next designer collaboration for Target may just be the most explosive yet. Zac Posen's Go International collection for Target debuts in stores and online on April 25th. Lucky New Yorkers will have a chance to get first pick of the pieces with a specially designed pop-up shop. The pop-up shop, at 481 Eighth Avenue and 34th Street in Manhattan, will be open from 11 p.m. on April 15 to 11 p.m. on April 16 and will offer the entire collection in a funky, party-like environment with live entertainment and DJs.
Sadly, the rest of us will have to wait until the 25th, but can at least start preparing now by getting extra sleep and timing our hand eye coordination for optimal grabbing time. And it will be necessary. The designs, all
priced under $199, include a brocade party dress, gold halter dress,
red leather motorcycle jacket, tuxedo jacket and pants, two-piece
ruffled red dress and red swimsuit with plunging neckline. From the preview photos we are quite sure Zac will make obtaining these coveted pieces well worth the effort.
