The blog, which launches with a film series in collaboration with NYLON featuring DJ duo, The Dolls, Mia Moretti and Caitlin Moe, offers a sneak peek into the lives of the people that inspire their work. These cool New York muses have not only inspired the content but have also written it. It will feature curated images with a “downtown sensibility” on its Tumblr as well as Instagram.
Mia and Caitlin can be found performing at the chicest fashion parties in the City, while we get to see the world the eyes of “Pretty Little Liars” actor, Tyler Blackburn and stylist Ian Bradley. From the Meatpacking district to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, as readers, we get to experience New York City from the various perspectives of some of our favorite NYC celebs.
You can look forward to reading posts from writer, Alex Catarinella, who will bring the lives of some of the coolest pop singerss to you, starting with Alexis Krauss of Sleigh Bells. Angela Pham, nightlife photographer and Gallery Girl, will teach you styling tips and tricks using one pair of DKNY JEANS.
