Wednesday night was a celebration of beauty and fashion at the Lap of Luxury event thrown by Ladies Night Chicago, 220 Communications and Cutting Edge Events at Grossinger Autoplex. The evening was a couldn’t miss as local vendors toted their best merchandise, spa services like mani/pedis, eyebrow waxing, and acupuncture were being offered and a fashion show featuring a handful of Chicago’s finest designers was the main stage event. During the show, creations by Thierry Rogers, Carrie Carmichael and My Dream Bag Boutique, Anna Fong, and Julia Hadi Jewelry rocked the incredibly creative runway….which was the escalator of the two-story space! Scrumptious food was provided by an array of food trucks parked in the back and drinks were flowing all night!
I certainly walked away feeling pampered and luxurious! It was night of food, fun, fashion and fabulosity, and all in the name of feeling beautiful.
