Celebrities at New York Fashion Week Spring '14: Jessica Alba, Katie Holmes, Rihanna, and More
Finally!! Looks like the A-listers may slowly be coming back to the front row at New York Fashion Week Spring 2014!
While it’s no surprise the B-listers are scoring their spots (we’re not naming names!) it’s always fun when the head honchos come out, especially at shows like Diane von Furstenberg and Calvin Klein where they’re always expected but don’t always come through.
Not only are they sitting in the front row, but they’re walking in the shows too (and not as designers). Take Kerry Washington at Project Runway and Rita Ora at DKNY for instance.
And of course, the fashion is on a high level as always, with some of the looks making us gasp in awe and others making us gasp in horror.
Kate Mara may be known for playing a somewhat cunning journalist on House of Cards, but she went sugary sweet at the Michael Kors show, following in the footsteps of the lovely lady sitting next to her – Katie Holmes.
Some of the A-listers even made the rounds, including Christina Hendricks who showed up at Jenny Packham, Zac Posen, and more.
Not to be outdone by Ciara and Nicki Minaj, even Rihanna turned up – though it wasn’t one of her best looks – at Opening Ceremony.
Kelly Osbourne looked GOOD and she turned up at more than one show. So did Stacy Keibler, Jessica Alba, Molly Sims, and Emmy Rossum.
I’m a fan of Jamie Chung in this leather bustier ensemble at BCBG Max Azria, though I don’t think I could ever wear it. That first show of fashion week was packed with appearances from Heidi Klum, Giuliana Rancic, Louise Roe, and Olivia Palermo.
Jessica Alba also attended more than one event including the 3.1 Phllip Lim for Target launch party (Second City Style was there!), Diane von Furstenberg, and Narciso Rodriguez.
Speaking of packed shows…
And even more packed shows including some of the best dressed stars of New York Fashion Week!!
This is probably my favorite picture of celebs in the front row at Fashion Week, because I think all the girls look divine here – especially Emmy Rossum in her leather and lace combo (I’m a fan of her fashion anyway!) I also love Rashida Jones‘ more feminine look which I’m not used to seeing on her. And Camila Alves is always beautiful!
