We spotted cascading ruffles on coats and toppers, and you’ll find them on everything from classic blouses and dresses to shoes and even jewelry. Although ruffles are often thought of as light and frilly, they can actually be totally cool and modern.
You may be thinking, “Oh, not ruffles again! We’ve been there, done that, and that ruffle top is still hanging in my closet.” I agree. I’m not typically the ruffly type, but I found some of the most chic and statement-making ruffle fashions that will make you take a second look. They certainly did for me! These ruffles are more like strong, sculptural statements than frou-frou.
