When reviewing Pantone’s color trend predictions for the New York Fashion Week Spring 2026 collections, one of the freshest shades that immediately stood out was Tea Rose.
This version of tea rose isn’t drab or dusty — it’s bright yet understated, refined without feeling sweet or juvenile. Unlike some muted pinks, Tea Rose is surprisingly flattering on most skin tones. Pantone describes it as “a red-toned rose whose elegant, velvety appearance feels both refined and fresh,” and I couldn’t agree more.
Pantone was also right about the color becoming a trend and its availability. This season, I found plenty of fashion pieces that match the Tea Rose shade — even if designers and brands call it something slightly different.

Tea Rose Color Trend for Spring

Styling Tips
Styling Tea Rose pieces is refreshingly easy. It works beautifully as a soft pop of color in an accessory or handbag, yet it also functions almost like a neutral.
Think of Tea Rose as a swap-in shade: Replace your usual black, tan, white, or beige with Tea Rose this spring and summer, and suddenly your outfit feels lighter, fresher and more modern — without being loud.
Shopping The Tea Rose Trend
You may already own something close to this color, but if not, here are some of my favorite Tea Rose-inspired pieces worth trying this season.

Jacket
Endless Rose Tailored Single Button Blazer in Dusty Rose, $120
Need a new jacket for spring? One of the boldest ways to try the Tea Rose color trend is with this oversized blazer. It adds instant polish (and a fresh pop of color) over neutrals like tan or khaki, but don’t stop there — try it layered over unexpected shades like yellow or green. Powerful color mixups are a key trend for Spring 2026, and this blazer makes it easy to try it.
Satin Shirt
Zadig & Voltaire Thely Satin Shirt in Tea Rose, $328
This button front blouse would look amazing with denim or white jeans and finished with gold jewelry.
Lipstick
Chantecaille Lip Chic Lipstick in Tea Rose, $45
Here’s a simple way to wear Tea Rose — on your lips. This shade is gorgeous, and if you’ve never tried Chantecaille lipstick, I can tell you it’s truly worth the splurge.

Shoes
Stuart Weitzman Vinnie 50 Slingback Pumps in Dusty Berry, $525
Switch out your basic black or tan shoes for these comfortable low-heeled slingbacks. They work with everything from floral dresses and skirts to tailored suits — even your favorite faded jeans.
Bag
MAISON de SABRÉ Leather Mini Soft Tote in Candy Sandstone, $399
Add a pretty pop of color with this soft tote in a brighter variation of the Tea Rose trend.

Dress
Merlette Marisa Tiered Lace-Trim Cotton Midi Dress in Sunset Rose, $460
This light and breezy Tea Rose dress is one you’ll reach for again and again on hot summer days.

Jeans
Ulla Johnson Agatha Mid Rise Straight Leg Jeans in Garden Rose, $520
Swap your blue jeans for these “garden rose” jeans. The straight-leg cut is an easy, flattering style for most body types.

Jewelry
Lele Sadoughi Baroque Collar Necklace in Coral, $125
Wear this necklace with an all-black or all-white outfit and let the color really sing.
Oscar de la Renta Crystal Prong Ring in Rose, $30
I couldn’t resist including this statement-making crystal ring — it’s a beautiful way to wear the trend without committing head-to-toe.
Whether you try Tea Rose as a standout clothing piece or simply dip in with an accessory, lipstick, or piece of jewelry, it’s a fresh, wearable color trend that feels just right for Spring 2026.
