Kid Friendly Organic Chicken Burgers – Buffalo Style

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Organic ground chicken
  • 1 cup Organic bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup Extra sharp provolone, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled blue cheese, small crumbles only
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce (the only hot sauce a Buffalonian will use)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together well.

  2. Roll into patties. I used a rolling pin and large round cookie cutter to make sure they were about 1/8 thick.

  3. Makes about 10-12 burgers which freeze beautifully. Use a grill and make sure they cooked all the way through. After all, it’s chicken.
