What To Wear Now: Chic Christmas Pajamas

What To Wear Now: Chic Christmas Pajamas

For many of us, the holidays include some time spent lounging with our nearest and dearest, eating lots of delicious food, watching some classic holiday movies and family favorites, and of course, opening presents together on Christmas morning.

Being comfortable is a primary concern for all of these activities, of course, so you need some amazing loungewear – or even pajamas! They are pretty much the traditional Christmas morning ensemble, and here are some excellent options.

Tailored and Silky

These ivory silk shortie pajamas from Neiman Marcus are an extra luxe way to do the classic menswear-styled look; we also love this gunmetal satin set from Saks.

Plush Velvet

Top off your silk or satin PJs with something velvet for the ultimate luxury sleepwear ensemble. And you simply can’t beat this Oscar de la Renta jewel toned robe for a bit of holiday diva-approved glamour.

Warm and Toasty

Love your flannel shirts? Get some equally cozy flannel pjs like these from J.Crew are extra-warm and the plaid pattern is perfect for the holidays. Or go seriously festive with these snowflake print ones from Nordstrom.

Retro Cute

This hot pink and slightly vintage looking Cosabella set has a 50s-ish vintage appeal. Prefer neutrals? This black and white Eberjay set is equally adorable.

Matchy-Matchy

We’re big fans of coordination when it comes to our loungewear, Even if you’re just relaxing at home, don’t you feel much more put together when you match? That’s why we’re loving this four-piece set (it includes a robe, tunic, tank, and pants) from SKIN. You might want to ask Santa for this one, but it’s worth the investment.

Christmas Morning

What will you be wearing on Christmas morning? Skip the old yoga pants, faded tee, and hoodie this year, because it’s a special day and hopefully you’ll be making wonderful memories! Not to mention taking plenty of pictures, so go with some more stylish sleepwear and you’ll thank us, and yourself later.

And even if you don’t celebrate Christmas or don’t do the whole Christmas morning in pajamas thing, keep in mind that it is always worth it to treat yourself to gorgeous sleepwear. You spend a significant portion of your life sleeping, after all, so you should look and feel great while you do it. You deserve it. Happy holidays!
