Somewhere between the blazer and the vest lies the “jacket vest.” It’s basically a jacket without sleeves. The tell-tale signs are the lapels. Now don’t think you can just go an lobotomize that jacket you have not worn in years (well if you are a good, DIY-er I guess you could).
