New York Fashion Week Front Row Celebrities In Prints

The Spring/Summer collections of New York Fashion Week are always a fun time for watching the runway and scouting celebs in the front row because they’re usually full of vibrancy and bright colors. It is Spring/Summer, after all, so the toned down muted colors of winter are unlikely to be found. This year was no exception. As trends like floral, stripes and dresses over tops walked down the catwalk, we noticed the celebs in the front row were popping up in their own trend: prints! Definitely an obvious, albeit lovely trend that I always love to follow. Seeing New York Fashion Week front row celebrities in prints added liveliness and fun to the runway shows.

Nicole Kidman At Michael Kors

We noticed a lot of summer vibes in the Michael Kors Spring 2018 collection. And by summer we mean summer fun including beachy looks, tie-dye, pastels, and of course, floral. That’s why we weren’t surprised to see Nicole Kidman and her BFF Naomi Watts in the front row wearing, you guessed it, flowers galore! I especially loved Nicole’s blue, black, and white combination.

Kate Bosworth At Jason Wu

Kate Bosworth gave her own spin on floral with this lovely print dress at the Jason Wu show. And like Wu’s show itself, her dress was easy, breezy, hit at the knee and fell off the shoulder in another popular Spring 2018 trend shown on the runways this season.

Katie Holmes At Emerging Designers

Katie Holmes was a front row fixture at shows like Ralph Lauren and Lanyu, but she was also rocked a colorful full-skirted Zac Posen halter dress at a NYFW presentation showcasing emerging fashion. Although a dark floral, it was still the epitome of the lovely patterns that were seen among the fashionistas at the shows.

Ellie Kemper At Lela Rose

Designer Lela Rose invited friends and fans to a picnic in Washington Square park for Spring 2018 and her collection woke everyone up with its bright colors, bow tops, floral prints and ruffle sleeves. Actress Ellie Kemper fit right in with her blue print dress, red shoes and bright little smile.
