Celebrity Style: These Celebs Show Us New Ways to Wear Floral

Ahh florals…the trend that keeps on giving, and then coming back for more! You may say “been there, done that” with the pastels, the dark florals, the overrun flower prints, and we say, “but there’s still so much out there to explore in the floral scene.” Just check out the celebs who are still wearing them loud and proud (and trendy.) These celebrities show us new ways to wear floral.

Amanda Seyfried – Patchwork

There’s lots going on in Amanda Seyfried‘s Alexander McQueen dress. If you thought all the floral wasn’t enough, then check out the rest of this busy frock. We’ve got patchwork, polka dots, embroidery on the bodice, lace, a mesh paneled skirt and an uneven, asymmetrical hem. Floral stands out on its own, but when you’ve got all of the above incorporated into a dress, then the statement floral is certainly hard to ignore. Be careful how you try this trend because it can get trashy very easily. But when you do, wear it loud and proud.

Olivia Munn – Mini Dress

Olivia Munn’s floral print sparkled in a super sexy, super short mini dress worn to the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight. If you didn’t pay attention to her mega-watt smile (Jamie Foxx certainly did) then you certainly paid attention to her tight-fitting statement turtleneck frock. Colorful florals certainly make most outfits pop, especially this one.

Jenna Coleman – Silk

Erdem silk and dark floral provide the perfect mix of autumn style just in time for Fall 2017. Jenna Coleman‘s feminine frock evoked a Victorian feel with a bit of sexiness through in through a well-placed keyhole neckline. But the best part of this Zuzanna dress was of course its colorful flowers.

Kaley Cuoco – Sporty

This look is up for debate, thanks in part to the sneakers and the strangely layered shape of this Tanya Taylor dress on Kaley Cuoco, but what’s not up for debate is the cute floral. While I’m not so much liking the structure of the dress, I do appreciate she paired it with sneakers, for something different. Additionally the floral, of course, is always a winner in my book. Don’t be afraid to pair floral with sneakers for sporty sweet!

Kate Upton – Lace

Kate Upton uses floral to dress up her look. When that floral includes lace on a J. Mendel dress, of course we know it’s a winner. Embroidered floral lace is the perfect way to oomph up your floral look for evening as it throws the popular floral print look to the side in favor of something more chic and elegant. Kate Upton has cleaned up nicely and presents it well.
