From Farm To Your Doorstep To Your Table – Farmbox Direct

As much as we’d like, not everyone has time to make a weekly trip to their local farmers market. What if you could have fresh, organic and local fruits and vegetables delivered directly to your door? Well you can! Farmbox Direct began with a vision of how food SHOULD be: fresh, and local (when mother nature permits). So now you can have your farmers market delivered directly to your door.

Farmbox Direct’s promise is to bring you the freshest produce available. They spend many hours sourcing the best Organic, and Natural produce available to bring to your doorstep. They believe in farm to table, the way food should be. And if you are not happy all you have to do is contact them and they will make it right!

HOW FARMMBOX DIRECT WORKS

At the beginning of each week you will be sent and email letting you know what is being harvested by Farmbox Direct’s farmers for the current week’s Farmbox. You then can go into your account and customize your Farmbox with up to 5 substitutions, per Farmbox. You then can add Artisanal items, and other grocery items to come with your Farmbox delivery. The cut-off is seven days prior to your delivery day at 12 PM EST to skip or cancel an order. The cut-off is three days prior to your delivery day at 3 AM EST to make any substitutions to your order.

HOW FARMBOX DIRECT IS DELIVERED

There is no monthly commitment either. They don’t charge a fee for registration nor a membership fee. If you are going on vacation, or just need to skip a delivery their system makes it very easy for you to manage your delivery (simple call or email).

This is all you have to do:

1. Enter your zip code to see if there is delivery to your area.

2. Create an account to set up your delivery.

3. Pick out what size of our 3 Farmbox’s you would like. They have different Farmbox’s for different needs!

4. Customize your Farmbox to your liking with up to 5 substitutions.

That’s it! You’re done on your way to healthy fresh, organic produce and grocery items delivered right to your door!

There is NO commitment ever! If you are going on vacation, or just need to skip a delivery, their system makes it very easy for you to manage your delivery, or feel free to call or email them anytime to assist you. They use FedEx PeriShip which is a service with FedEx that specializes in shipping perishable goods. The insulation used is biodegradable and there are ice packs to keep your box at the perfect temperature to insure safe delivery.

PRICING

A minimum order is $35.95 (for the small box) and there is a $5.98 handling and packing fee. All of the boxes and packing material are biodegradable. And each week you will receive a recipe card with each farmbox giving you creative ideas for cooking with that week’s box!
