The Dove Self-Esteem Project has created a new Pinterest page that solely focuses on self-esteem. It provides free exercises on self-esteem, activities and workshop guides to motivate women and embrace the opportunity to help the young girls in their lives reach their full potential without the shackles of low self-confidence.

The Dove Self-Esteem Pinterest Page, Pinterest.com/SelfEsteem, provides every woman and girl their own personal confidence booster. The boards contains more than 80 pins that use curriculum developed by the Dove Global Advisory Board, that talk about five self-esteem topics proven to have an impact on a girl’s body confidence and self-esteem. There are also sample scenarios, such as a parent suspecting her daughter may be experiencing cyberbullying.
